Our community outreach service supports vulnerably housed individuals to maintain a tenancy and access the right support, thus preventing homelessness.
Our brilliant team have years of experience in supporting vulnerable people with complex needs and have good links with a huge network of support services across Cornwall.
We provide short term support (typically up to six months) with independent living skills and the self-management of health and wellbeing for people in the St Austell, Newquay and Padstow areas.
Our service is specifically for adults who have additional needs such as mental health, finances, literacy or substance use. We are happy to speak with you and discuss whether we are able to support you through our service.
