At Harbour Housing we run a number of projects, all with the aim of transforming the lives of at-risk individuals.
Spanning a number of properties across mid and West Cornwall, our core offer is the provision of supported accommodation where from a safe, secure, homely property, our residents can, with our support, overcome the barriers that lie between them and living independently.
We also offer an outreach service where we provide our services to vulnerable individuals in their homes – working with them to prevent themselves becoming homeless.
