The events team at Harbour Housing had a fantastic day attending the Cornwall Libraries Conference at Kresen Kernow this week. The event provided a chance to connect with service providers throughout the Duchy who are passionate about creating opportunities for individuals and groups to discover Educational services, volunteering, culture, and a sense of place.
Staff from Harbour were able to provide vital information on the projects and services our charity provides to a diverse range of attendees, which was incredibly important to share.
Kresen Kernow is situated in Redruth and is home to the world’s largest collection of documents, photographs, books and maps in consideration of Cornwall’s history.
It was a pleasure for the team at Harbour Housing to attend the event, where they were made incredibly welcome and even had the chance to view some of the interesting pieces of history on display, as well as tasting the delicious Brownies on offer!
