Safeguarding and Escalations Team Lead
Michelle has worked at Harbour Housing since October 2019 in the role of Safeguarding and Escalations Lead.
Prior to this she worked as a Case Coordinator for almost a decade working with prolific offenders many of whom experienced alcohol and substance misuse and/or mental health issues. She worked with them to secure a safe and positive future.
Between 2001 and 2010 she worked in Portsmouth, facilitating a service which provided accommodation and support for those who were homeless and had complex needs.
