Make a Self Referral

You can self-refer to three of our projects and we’re here to help.

The three projects you can refer yourself for are our Community Outreach, Empowering Independence Accommodation (also known as supported accommodation) and EVA (Empowered Valued Able) projects.

When making a referral, please fill in as many details as possible so that our support team can assess your referral and get back to you as soon as possible.

The projects you can self-refer for

EVA: Empowered, Valued, Able

This is our specially tailored domestic violence service for women who are fleeing abuse.

Area 4: Community Outreach

Our outreach team provide support to individuals with complex needs who need help in their own homes. Complex needs can include addiction and struggles with mental and physical health.

Area 4: Complex Needs Empowering Independence Accommodation

This option refers people into our main service. This is for people with complex needs who require support to improve their independence and recover from homelessness.  We house people in the right property to suit their support needs.
